We are ideally situated for commuters and locals alike: We are a five minute drive from the Verazzano-Narrows Bridge (I-278, the Staten Island Expressway) and about 15 minutes from the St. George Ferry Terminal. We are a block from the beach, which has ample free parking available 24 hours per day. On public transport, take the S51/S81 bus from the St. George Ferry Terminal, or the X4, X5, X6, X7 or X8 express busses from Manhattan, and be dropped off at our front door.
